You will be a key part of keeping our office operations running smoothly and supporting our staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Manage scheduling and calendars for team members
Handle bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks
Coordinate communication on internal platforms
Provide float support to various clients as needed, including on-call coverage
